Great for sleeping off Nightshift!
I wear these with a blackout sleep mask and can get a soild 7 hours of sleep during the day after a 10pm-6am shift! Great product, love that they are reusable and eco-friendly too! The carry case is a plus as well. Can't fault these and can't live without them on shift work.

I've tried a lot of different ones because I'm always wearing head/earphones so my ears always need to be cleaned and just the first spray and a whole lot of my wax came out like a slow landslide. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the sprayer needs to be in specific angles to work properly so it's a little clumsy.

Good for noise reduction

High quality, reduces good hrtz frequencies
Some other ear plugs I bought were rated at 38SNR db reduction. These are 37, which may seem worse but don't be fooled. In the attenuation data I found that the 38snr ear plugs reduced hrtz frequencies in the very high range (2000-8000) but less so in the normal to low ranges (<1000). These ear plugs reduce the lower/normal sound
frequencies to a higher degree, resulting in a better ear plug for reducing the sound of talking, walking, things clanking ect... Overall, they are much better for sleeping and general sound reduction because they are more effective at reducing the sound frequencies that matter.

I use these in bed most nights and they are so very effective at blocking out noise that I am only very rarely disturbed. They are also great for other situations, like mowing the lawn or operating some other piece of equipment. My only piece of advice is that as they are on the larger size, they would best suit someone with big ears.

The best soft earplugs I’ve found. Would be great if these came in “refill” packs, packaged in a more environmentally sustainable way, so that you could just keep adding new plugs to the original case as you replace older ones.
